How to Apply Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light (CSL)

Follow these simple steps to get professional-grade results at home:

  1. Preparation:

    • Work indoors, away from direct sunlight.

    • Ensure your vehicle remains indoors for at least 12 hours after application.

    • Maintain a temperature between 5°C and 25°C.

    • Wash and fully decontaminate your vehicle’s paintwork.

    • If needed, polish the surface to remove imperfections.

  2. Surface Cleaning:

    • Spray Gtechniq Panel Wipe onto an MF1 Microfibre Cloth and clean each panel thoroughly.

  3. Application:

    • Shake the bottle well and wear gloves.

    • Use the pipette to apply 3 full measures of CSL onto the application pad.

    • Work in 2ft x 2ft sections using overlapping strokes.

    • Immediately remove residue using clean MF1 cloths. Rotate cloths often to prevent curing on the fabric.

  4. Finishing Touches:

    • Inspect the surface under a bright, diffused light for any remaining residue.

    • If residue cures, polish and reapply CSL.

    • Wait 2 hours before applying Gtechniq EXO Ultra Durable Hydrophobic Coating or C2 Liquid Crystal for maximum protection.

    • Store in a cool, dry place and use within 3 months of opening.
