Koch Chemie Marine Protective Sealant Spray for Gelcoat | Danvers, MA

Marine Protective Sealant is Koch Chemie’s efficient spray sealant for high-gloss gelcoat and boat paint protection. After pre-clean and polish, Greater Boston detailers use it for a transparent, uniform finish with color deepening and strong hydrophobicity—protection lasting up to about half a season depending on use and conditions, a good fit for a typical New England boating season.

Features / Why Pros Use It

  • Spray sealant for gelcoat and boat paint—simple, high-gloss protection
  • 100% transparent finish with color deepening and hydrophobicity
  • Protection up to roughly half a season (use, care, and climate dependent)
  • Apply after Hull PreCleaners and gelcoat polishing / degreasing as needed

How to Use

  • Pre-clean with Hull PreCleaners; polish oxidized gelcoat as needed
  • Degrease the surface before sealing
  • Spray onto a towel/applicator—do not spray directly onto gelcoat/paint (slip risk)
  • Wipe evenly; avoid hot surfaces
